Terms
These terms cover Snug, the Mac app sold by Vinena Studio (vinena.studio), the trading name of Vinena Yazılım ve Tasarım Ltd. Şti. Using Snug means you agree to them.
Your license
A license key lets you use Snug with every feature on up to 3 Macs, after a free trial of 7 days. Monthly and Yearly are subscriptions that renew until you cancel. Lifetime is paid once and includes all future updates.
Payments
Polar sells Snug for us as the seller of record and handles payments and taxes. You can cancel a subscription any time. When you cancel, you keep using Snug until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
We do not give refunds. The one exception: if Snug does not work for you and we cannot fix it, we refund the full price. Write to hi@snug.so first so we can try to fix it. Polar, which sells Snug for us, sends the refund. This does not limit any right that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
No warranty
Snug is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or for other indirect damage.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
